New Update & Happly Labor Day!

Hi to everyone. We've uploaded a new update with many new features and a few fixes:

1 – Fixed the gratuity over-ride calculation on the Reservation.

2 – Added a Fuel Surcharge over-ride on the Reservation.

3 – Put Extra Stops between the Pick-up and the Drop-off on the Trip Sheet.

4 – Added option to pull in first credit card on customer’s file into the Reservation. Option in Company Setup.

5 – Added Quote and Cancellation terms to Company Setup.

6 – Added the ability to send quotes and cancellations using the Confirmation print/email.

7 – Added ability to either charge customers credit card processing fees or subtract credit card processing fees before calculating driver’s payroll %. Option in Company Setup

8 – Added SMTP Email abilities in Company Setup. This enables you to set up and send HTML email. This also enables you to put your company logo or other image onto the email as long as you have the image on your website and put in the correct URL for the image.

9 – Added customer and reservation information to be sent to Microsoft Outlook. Option in Company Setup.

10 – Added Passenger email and phones.

11 – Added on driver record whether to display charges, gratuity, pay or expenses on the payroll report.

12 – Added option in the Company Setup to display the Payment Type used on the Invoice.

13 – Added the ability to suppress the mileage, distance, pickup & drop-off times and gas from the Trip Ticket.

14 – Add ability to archive invoices, trip tickets and payroll printouts. We will be making another update where you will be able to view these from the program.

15 – Button in Company Setup to reset the windows to the default. When you move a column on the browse list, it will remember what you changed and will keep it this way. Unfortunately, if you move a column to look at something else, it will stay that way. Clicking on this button “Reset Windows” will change it back to the way it was when you got the program.

16 – Added ability to record which driver a customer likes or dislikes on the customer record.

17 – Added ability on the driver record to put a percent of the gratuity the company keeps and a check box to subtract the company percent before calculating driver %.

18 – Reservation now shows customer address (located above the work, pickup and cell phone numbers) and billing address (located near credit card into).

19 – Airport Transfers and Trips buttons on the Reservation Browse List. This helps when talking to a customer and giving them a quote.
